Realme C25s versus Realme C25: What is the Difference?

The Realme C25s and the Realme C25 are both available in the market right now.

These phones have a similar price level, at least for now, and that's because these two phone models are identical twins. The phones like twins are very much the same from the outside appearance to most of the specifications.

So what's the minor difference between these two models?

For starters, the Realme C25 was launched just last March 2021. And as we all know, the latest Realme C25s model was launched this June 2021 just months after the older model was introduced.

For some reason, the two phones have similar specifications. So we would rather concentrate on some minor differences between the two.

The first difference is the chipset. The Realme C25s was equipped with MediaTek Helio G85 (12nm) while the Realme C25 being the older one had Mediatek Helio G70 (12 nm).

The Mediatek Helio G70 and Mediatek Helio G85 both belong to the Helio G series created by Mediatek. Both are proficient in gaming and are able to support intense games in an easy manner. The Mediatek Helio G85 has better features as it has two Cortex-A75 cores clocked 2GHz each and six cores Cortex-A55 clocked 1.8GHz CPU compared to Meditatek Helio G70 which has two Cortex A75 cores clocked at 2Ghz and 6 cortex A-55 cores clocked at 1.7Ghz. As for the GPU, the G85 was partnered with Mali-G52 MC2 while the G70 had Mali-G52 2EEMC2.

The second difference is the maximum level of brightness of the screen of the two phones. The Realme C25s has LCD peak brightness of up to 570 nits while the Realme C25 only has 480 nits. This means that the C25s can have a brighter screen than the latter one.

So far these are just the minor difference between the two models.
